1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms regulate the legal relations arising between an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and the owner of the website https://joosepi.ee/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the company Ideaalpuhastus OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Executor), in the process of booking accommodation through the Website.

1.2 The information and materials posted on the Website may not be published or used without the prior permission of Ideaalpuhastus OÜ.

2. Booking and Service Cost

2.1 Booking can be made on the website as a guest. To do this, the Client must fill out all required fields in the booking system: first name, last name, email, phone number, and country of residence.

2.2 The Client is obliged to provide accurate information necessary for the booking process. The Executor is not responsible for any issues arising as a result of providing incorrect information.

2.3 All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT. The Executor reserves the right to change prices at its discretion. In the event of price changes after the booking and payment have been completed, the Executor will maintain the price fixed at the time of booking and will not make any changes.

2.4 The cost of the stay is to be paid in full (100% prepayment) prior to check-in.

2.5 After receiving payment, the Executor is obliged to notify the user of the successful transfer and confirmation of the booking via the email provided by the user within two days.

2.6 If the Client leaves the property before the paid term, the paid amount will not be refunded.

2.7 The cost of the stay at the property includes the following:

• accommodation;

• Wi-Fi;

• use of the playground;

• barbecue;

• sauna;

• terrace;

• fishing;

• private parking.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Payment can be made through Estonian banks (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop) or by credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed in a secure environment provided by Montonio Finance, outside of the online store.

3.2 The Executor does not have access to the Client’s banking or card information. The Client is obliged to pay the full cost of the stay.

3.3 By making a payment, the Client confirms that they are familiar with and accept all terms, conditions, and rules.

4. Check-in and Check-out Registration

4.1 The Client must be at least 18 years old to book or check in for accommodation. Individuals under 18 may check in only when accompanied by an adult.

4.2 Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00.

4.3 Check-out: by 12:00.

4.4 If the Client arrives before the check-in time and the property is already vacant and ready for check-in, early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement with the Executor. If the property is not ready, early check-in will not be granted.

5. Modification of Booking

5.1 The booking date can be changed by mutual agreement of the parties and subject to availability. If the Client wishes to change the booking date, they must contact us as soon as possible via email at info@joosepi.ee.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellations made less than 168 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. If the booking is canceled 14 to 30 days before the scheduled check-in time, the client will be refunded 50% of the paid amount.

6.2 If the Client wishes to cancel their booking, they must contact us as soon as possible via email at info@joosepi.ee.

6.3 If the cancellation is made under the correct conditions, the funds will be refunded to the Client as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The money will be transferred to the same account from which the booking was made.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Client

7.1 Pay the cost of the stay in accordance with the 100% prepayment requirement at the time of check-in.

The Client is obliged to:

7.2 Maintain cleanliness and treat the property and equipment of the house with care.

7.3 Avoid creating conditions that may lead to accidents in electrical networks, water, and heating supply systems, or other technical engineering systems and equipment.

7.4 Strictly adhere to fire safety rules and prevent the emergence of fire hazards.

7.5 Be responsible for the behaviour and actions of themselves and their children on the premises of the house.

7.6 Maintain silence and order both inside the house and on the property. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 00:00 to 06:00, established in accordance with the Law on Public Order. Please respect other guests and neighbours: do not play loud music on the terrace during this time and strive to avoid creating excessive noise. Any events without prior agreement are strictly prohibited.

7.7 Keep the property clean and dispose of waste only in designated areas.

7.8 The Client has the right to use the website only in accordance with the established terms and conditions. It is prohibited to use materials or services from the website for fraudulent purposes or to commit illegal acts. The Client agrees to abide by the website rules and act in good faith.

7.9 The use of scripts, bots, or other automated programs not intended for regular internet use is prohibited. Additionally, the Client is not allowed to distribute spam, chain letters, viruses, or other technologies that may harm the website.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Executor

8.1 The Executor has the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes take effect upon their publication on the website.

8.2 The Executor may suspend or limit access to the website if technical maintenance or troubleshooting is required.

8.3 The Executor has the right to modify, delete, or add materials on the website, including texts, images, and other content elements.

8.4 The Executor may verify users’ compliance with the terms of use of the website and take action in the event of violations.

8.5 The Executor is obligated to provide services in accordance with the confirmed terms and quality standards.

8.6 The Executor must ensure the security and protection of users’ data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.

8.7 The Executor is obliged to respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, providing necessary support and resolving arising issues.

8.8 The Executor must ensure the proper functioning of the website and promptly address technical malfunctions affecting the website’s functionality and accessibility.

8.9 The Executor reserves the right to refuse service and accommodation to individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as those exhibiting signs of infectious diseases, including clients who do not adhere to the established rules and conditions.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 By using the services of the website https://joosepi.ee/, the Client gives explicit and informed consent to the processing of personal data. The personal data provided by the Client is used to offer accommodation services.

9.2 The Executor may use the personal data provided by the Client to distribute information about special offers and promotions only if the Client has given consent for this.

9.3 The Executor is obligated not to disclose any registered personal information to third parties.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

10.1 In the event of damage to property in the house (e.g., broken dishes, damaged furniture, broken appliances, etc.) or on the premises, the Client bears full financial responsibility and agrees to compensate the Executor for the damage at agreed rates within 48 hours.

10.2 The Executor reserves the right to refuse service to the Client and unilaterally cancel a confirmed booking if the Client’s behaviour is inappropriate, illegal, or poses a risk and inconvenience to other Clients or their property. In such cases, the Client who has paid for the service is not entitled to a refund for unused services or any compensation.

10.3 Parents are fully responsible for the life, health, and safety of their children on the premises, including the river and other water bodies, as well as the use of children’s playgrounds. They also bear full financial responsibility for the actions and behaviour of their minor children.

10.4 The Executor is not responsible for the operation of municipal services, including heating, electricity, or water supply outages.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All copyright for the website belongs to the Executor. Photographs, graphics, texts, sounds, animations, videos, website design, and other elements of intellectual property are protected by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and international conventions. It is prohibited to copy, publish, or distribute information without the consent of the rights holder.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

12.1 Payment for accommodation services and check-in confirm that the Client is familiar with these Rules and agrees to them.

12.2 If any provisions of the terms contradict the laws of the Republic of Estonia, this does not render the remaining provisions of the contract invalid.

12.3 All disputes will be resolved through negotiations between the Client and the Executor. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Pärnu City Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
